This notice explains what personal data this site and our forms collect, why, and for how long. It is written under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR.

No data protection officer has been appointed, as the law does not require one for a company of this size and activity.
What we collect
Data, purpose and legal basis
When you use the contact form we collect the name, organisation, email address and telephone number you type, the reason you select, and the text of your message. We use them to answer you, and, if you ask, to prepare a mission plan, a quotation or the investor data room. The legal basis is the step before a contract, taken at your request.
If you tick the updates box we also keep your email address to send occasional news about the fleet. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.
The site itself sets one technical cookie, used only to remember that you closed the contact panel. It contains no personal data and is not used to track you. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention and recipients
How long, and who sees it
Messages and the data in them are kept for twenty-four months from the last exchange, then deleted, unless a contract follows, in which case they are kept for the life of the contract and the period the law requires afterwards.
Data is processed by the founders and by the providers that host the site and deliver email, all within the European Union. It is not sold and it is not transferred outside the Union.
Enquiries marked as defence are handled by the founders only, under the confidentiality agreement signed with your organisation.
Your rights
What you can ask
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to limit or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Write to info@perdarubja.com and we answer within thirty days.
If you believe your rights have been infringed you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
